The casino opens in September 2007. |

Leisure @ Cwmbran is under construction and opens in June 2008. |

Jersey Marine Industrial Park is situated adjacent to Fabian Way, the main arterial route into Swansea city centre. Junction 42 of the M4 motorway is two miles to the east and Swansea city centre is two miles to the west. |

Junction 32 of the M4 motorway is approximately 25 miles to the south. It is an area in which the highest level of grant assistance is available. |
