Richard Hayward - Principal |
| |
Principal of Richard Hayward Properties, responsible for strategy and development of the business. He can advise in many different roles with his knowledge as a lawyer and has been involved in development investment and general commercial activities. |

Richard started his own property business in 1979 in residential lettings which he sold in 1988 for £6.4 million. He was also a partner in Davis & Sons Estate Agents until it was sold to Prudential in 1989. He is Chief Executive of Hawtin Plc a public limited company. |

John Ives - Development Manager |
| Development Manager at Richard Hayward Properties covering all aspects of day-to-day property development. He is partner in charge of development activity on the leisure schemes and has successfully built our Salubrious Place Swansea and been involved with Millennium Plaza and the latest scheme in Cwmbran. |

A full time member of the Institute of Civil Engineers for over 30 years, John has worked extensively in the UK and overseas in the construction sector, latterly as a director of Taylor Woodrow Construction for some 15 years where he played a major role in their PFI and design and build activities. |

Mike began his career in Cardiff in 1970 with what is now DTZ Debenham Tie Leung. He became director of that firm in 1988 and led the Property Management Department in Cardiff, responsible for the South Wales and South West England regions. Over the years, he has acted for a wide range of institutional and private clients, public bodies and government departments. |

Nicola Crickmore - Head of Finance |

Nicki is a chartered accountant who qualified with Stoy Hayward in 1981. She was finance director and company secretary of Radicle Projects plc, an AIM listed company and of Newport Holdings plc, now Newport Holdings Ltd, a property company listed on the full exchange. In addition she formerly worked within the Richard Ellis group. |

Kevin Hill - Head of Banking |

Kevin has been in Banking for over 20 years specialising in the provision of loan finance for both corporates and private clients across all sectors of the UK Property Market, ranging from the finance of commercial and residential investment portfolios to the development of flats/houses and commercial projects across the retail, office and industrial sectors. He has previously worked in the property finance teams of MHT, HSBC and AIBC. |

Kevin recently left Anglo Irish Bank in London in February 2008 and is now responsible for raising and monitoring the finance facilities for all of the companies within the RHP Group, working closely with Richard Hayward and all the various lenders. |

In 2005, Kane graduated with a distinction in MSc Real Estate Investment from CASS Business School. He then joined Allsop LLP and worked in Valuation, City Agency & the Commercial Auction department. |

| Kane joined Richard Hayward Properties in November 2007 and works closely with Richard Hayward in investment and is responsible for letting vacant buildings. |

Personal Assistant to Richard Hayward and assistant to other members of the company. |

Debbie has worked at Richard Hayward Properties for the last ten years within the role of PA and office manager. She has a pivotal role in the office as Office Coordinator. |

Gaynor Costello - Accountant |

Gaynor is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and brings a wealth of experience to the company. |

She is responsible for producing the accounts of all the companies within the firm. She joined the company in October 2005 from the Seren Group where she worked for the last ten years and brings a brightness and sense of fun to our working lives. |

Karen looks after the residential blocks and assumes responsibilities for the lettings, maintenance and rent collection. |

She is particularly efficient and the overall percentage occupancy rates are very high. |

Mike Andrew - Head of Maintenance |

Mike has worked for Richard for over twenty years and organises the maintenance crews. |

He is capable of small building works to building a complete site and has a full compliment of tradesmen as well as |
| equipment to include excavators, vans and lorries. |

Clare Edwards - Accountant |
| |
After graduating with a 2:1 honours degree in Quantity Surveying, Clare worked as a QS for two years whilst studying for Post Graduate diplomas in both Marketing and Business before studying to become an accountant and she is now a fellow of the ACCA. |

She joined the Company in March 2008 after working in Private Practice for 8 years and is now responsible for maintaining the records and producing monthly and year end accounts for a number of the Companies within the firm. |

Claudia Lenza - Credit Control |

Claudia works in the finance department and is currently working towards the ACCA qualification. She works closely with tenants and has a very proactive approach in ensuring the rents are paid on time. |

John Jones – Property Management |

A qualified surveyor since 1990. John started his career with the Welsh Development Agency assisting in the management of an industrial portfolio of approximately 4.5M sq ft. With a move to GVA Grimley in 1996, John helped to set up their Cardiff office and establish its Industrial Agency Department, reaching the position of Associate, this was followed by 2½ years with DTZ before rejoining GVA Grimley in 2007. John has considerable experience in working with institutional investors, property companies, multi-nationals, financial institutions and other property professionals. |
