In addition to leisure developments, much of Richard Hayward Properties’ expertise lies in the creation of mixed-use sites. Such projects often require a sustainable commitment, over several years, to the regeneration of an area and working closely with the public sector in particular the local authorities and the Welsh Assembly Government. |

What these diverse properties have in common is that wherever they are, we aim to offer the occupiers a high level of service and dialogue to ensure that we meet the needs of our tenant occupiers. We are particularly adept at letting difficult buildings or obtaining controversial planning consents. |
